Marines soar through Yokota skies
Drop Zone coordinators with the 36th Airlift Squadron set up an angle marker at Yokota Air Base, Japan, May 11, 2016. U.S. Marine Corps from the 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force conducted weeklong jump training from an Air Force C-130 Hercules, assigned to the 36 AS. The training not only allowed the Marines to practice jumping, but it also allowed the Yokota aircrews to practice flight tactics and timed-package drops.
