Yokota enhances flying mission with breathing simulation device

Maj. Joseph Teodoro, 374th Operation Support Squadron airspace physiologist, holds the controls of a flight simulator while demonstrating a Restricted Oxygen Breathing Device at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Nov. 22, 2022. The ROBD is paired with a flight simulator that can mimic the functions of multiple airframes, from a C-130H Super Hercules to an F-16 Falcon, to give pilots the ability to experience hypoxia with a familiar setting.
