459 AS, 374 MDG sustain 24/7 Air Medical Transport

U.S. Air Force Capt. Casey Guardial, 459th Airlift Squadron UH-1N Huey pilot, lands a helicopter to pick up medical personnel from the 374th Medical Group during a patient transport drill at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Dec. 18, 2023. The 459th AS can mobilize a complete crew within an hour's notice for seamless patient transport.
