459 AS, 374 MDG sustain 24/7 Air Medical Transport

U.S Air Force Capt. Colton McConnel, 459th Airlift Squadron (AS) UH-1N Huey instructor, answers a patient transport drill at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Dec. 18, 2023. The 459th AS can mobilize a complete crew within an hour's notice for seamless patient transport. Their objective is to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 assistance, facilitating patient transfers from the 374th Medical Group to other medical facilities across the region.
