Dr. Hiroya Sugano tours a C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron during his visit to Yokota Air Base, Japan, April 9, 2026. In honor of the victims of a B-29 crash and the Japanese citizens who passed during World War II, Sugano holds a yearly ceremony, hiking to the top of Mt.
