Effective immediately, Yokota Air Base has established an Emergency Family Assistance Center in support of all Yokota members affected by the recent aircraft mishap. The EFAC is a consolidated facility that provides supportive services during times of acute need and during emergency situations.

The EFAC will:

  • Be located at the Military and Family Readiness Center (Bldg. 535).
  • Be available 24 hours effective immediately
  • Provide a central gathering point for those affected by recent events to receive counseling, assistance and available information.
  • Include representatives from the Base Chapel, Public Affairs, Mental Health, and several other support agencies.
  • Provide services to anyone affected by recent events, to include military members, civilian employees and dependents.
  • Provide a centralized call center, available at DSN 315-225-1031 (COMM: 042-507-6548) for those seeking assistance to contact and coordinate information and counseling.

Team Yokota remains focused on assisting those military, civilian and family members across the installation whose lives have been impacted by recent events. We encourage anyone who needs help to reach out to the Military and Family Readiness Center at DSN 315-225-1031 or visit Bldg. 535 to receive further information and assistance.

To contact using a non-DSN phone, call 042-504-6548 or call the base operator at 042-552-2510. When asked for a 5-digit extension dial “51031.” U.S.-based callers should contact the Air Force Special Operations Command EFAC at 850-884-4494. For more information on the AFSOC EFAC, click here.
