YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Members from the 374th Medical Group load simulated patients onto litters and administer self-aid and buddy care during readiness week, at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Feb. 27, 2013. Once on the litters, the simulated patients were brought to a Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility setup to train members to respond to real-world situations.
