Misawa's F-16s assist Yokota's 374th CES personnel

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Keeping equipment or systems certified from year to year isn't always an easy task. Civil engineer personnel at Yokota with help from Misawa Air Base, Japan, are able to test and certify the aircraft arresting barrier system. Tech. Sgt.
