Starting Monday, through October 18, the Equal Opportunity Office will send out 374th Wing Climate Assessment surveys to assess the perception of the wing's human relations climate and provide commander's insight into factors that may impact unit effectiveness and readiness, to include positive and negative perceptions.

"This is the first time we have ever accomplished a wing-wide climate assessment," said Linda Lewis the Director of the 374th Airlift Wing's Equal Opportunity Office. "Colonel Feather [the wing commander] requested this wing-wide climate assessment so that everyone, at all levels, has a chance to have their voice heard."

The surveys will be accessible from home or work, and are for Military and Civil Service employees. The survey will cover the following topics: cohesion and pride, motivation and morale, supervisory support, perceived discrimination, overt discriminatory behaviors, and command EO/EEO Policy.

This is your opportunity to provide feedback not only to your squadron commander, but to your group and wing commander. All surveys are covered under the Privacy Act and you will remain anonymous, said Mrs. Lewis.

All 374th Airlift Wing members will receive an access code and the link to the survey from squadron point of contacts starting Monday, September 27.

Take a few moments, either at home or work, to ensure your voice is heard!
