Air Force selects 74 Yokota Airmen for promotion to E-6 Published June 21, 2010 374th Airlift Wing Public Affairs YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Seventy-four Yokota staff sergeants were among the approximately 370 selected in 10E6 cycle for promotion to technical sergeant. The selection rate for promotion was 19.9% percent. The average score for those selected was 317.63, with an average time in grade and time in service of 5.65 and 10.69 years respectively. The average score was based on the following point averages: 133.11 for enlisted performance reports, 71.24 for the promotion fitness exam, 56.56 for the specialty knowledge test, and 5.32 for decorations.
