374th AW to undergo AF Comm Agency Inspection Published April 15, 2009 YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Nine Air Force Communications Agency inspectors will visit the 374th Airlift Wing April 20 through May 1 to conduct a communication security, emission security and computer security inspection. Following are items all wing members should follow to protect the integrity of the wing's communication systems: - Know your unit Information Assurance Officer - Be aware of the ban on the use of USB flash drives on government networks (to include thumb drives, camera memory, iPods and personal devices). - Complete a USB user agreement for any government-purchased USB hard drives and submit the agreement to your unit IAO. - Check personal computers, telephones and radios for classification and notice and consent decals. Contact your IAO to receive more decals. - Complete the Information Protection computer-based training on the Advanced Distributed Learning Service Web site. - Print out and keep a vulnerability action card near each personal computer.
