YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan --
U.S. Air Force members assigned to the 909th Air Refueling Squadron from Kadena Air Base, Japan, as part of the 374th Air Expeditionary Wing, conducted a bilateral training engagement with firemen assigned to Commander, Navy Region Japan Fire and Emergency Services, to familiarize them with the KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft during exercise Resolute Force Pacific 2025 at Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan, July 14, 2025.
Members of the 909th ARS briefed the NAF Atsugi fire team on KC-135 Stratotanker egress procedures and firefighting protocols, ensuring crew safety throughout REFORPAC. REFORPAC is part of the first-in-a-generation Department-Level Exercise series, employing more than 350 Joint and coalition aircraft and more than 12,000 members at more than 50 locations across 3,000 miles.
