YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan --

The Inter-Pacific Air Forces Academy hosted the inaugural Japan-United States Junior Enlisted Leader Forum 25-1 at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Nov. 17-20.

During the four-day course, participants completed 24 hours of professional development focused on cultural competency, strategic awareness and leading teams in a bi-national force. The program is designed to help members develop, connect, and reflect alongside peers from the Japan Air Self-Defense Force, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force, supporting both personal and professional growth.
