  • Deadline for transferring to the new Form 12: The deadline is before Road Tax 2026 event.
  • Date of Form Update: The form was updated in May 2025.
  • Penalty for not transferring to the new form: There are no penalties, except individuals will not be able to complete Road Tax processing at the base event.
  • What is the process?  Members need to visit Pass and Registration with their vehicle documents so we can input the information into DBIDS. For most members, their vehicles are already registered under their CAC account. However, this process allows us to verify that their documents are valid for the event.
