来場の際の注意事項
Yokota East Gate will be closed to vehicle traffic from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, 6 April. East Gate will resume normal traffic at 8 p.m.
A shuttle will run from the Enlisted Club to the base theater to the bowling alley every 30-40 minutes from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Shuttle access is limited to personnel with base access only. Shuttle Schedule
For U.S. and Japanese visitors over 16 years old, photo identification with your nationality is required upon entry. Valid forms of identification include a passport, driver's license, my number card, or a residence identification card.
日米国籍で16歳以上の方は、国籍を証明する写真付き身分証明書(パスポート、運転免許証、マイナンバーカード、住基カードのいずれか)の提示が必要です。運転免許証の場合は暗証番号をご確認ください。
All non-Japanese and non-U.S. visitors are required to bring a passport, residency card, and are asked to register 72 hours prior to the event. Please register here.

In addition, attendees will be required to have their bags searched prior to being granted entry to the festival grounds.

Pets are not allowed on festival grounds. Service animals are allowed.

Additional information for on-base guests:
- Residents should expect the East Gate and a portion of McGuire Avenue to be closed to vehicle traffic between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. East Gate will resume normal traffic at 8:00 p.m.
- The base will release a message on Yokota social media and the Yokota webpage when the East Gate is re-opened to vehicle traffic.
- Members of the base community will be required to show a valid photo ID upon entering and exiting the event grounds. Please have your identification on you at all times. Visitors are directed to use established Traffic Control Points when entering or leaving the festival site.
- Only those aged 16 and over will be required to present a photo ID.
- A special base shuttle will be available to transport visitors between the Enlisted Club (Main Side), the base theater (East Side) and the bowling alley (West Side) every 30-40 minutes from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Two shuttles will be operating between 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please refer to the special shuttle schedule here. The regular base shuttle will run as normal. Shuttle access is limited to base residents only. All other guests will enter from the East Gate.
- Parking will be available adjacent to the Base Theater but is expected to be limited. Please utilize the shuttle or walk to the venue.
- Please be respectful to east side housing residents and do not park in parking areas designated for residents.
- Parking at the Medical Group is limited to medical personnel/patients and other festival designees.
