Department of Defense “DEIA” or Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility programs are designed to pursue diversity as a mission imperative, and recognizes that individuals who think alike might not resolve future complex problem sets. The creation of the DEIA program is in line with the 2021 release of the Executive Order on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce.
