The Supply/Ushihama gate will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on both days.

No public vehicle/motorcycle/bicycle parking is available.

The closest station is the JR Ome Line’s Ushihama station which is a 10-minute walk to the gate.  Additionally, the JR Ome Line/Seibu Haijima Line, Haijima station is a 20-minute walk to the gate.

We expect Ushihama station to be very crowded on the Festival days. Please utilize Haijima station for smooth access. 

For U.S. and Japanese visitors over 18 years old, photo identification with your nationality is required upon entry. Valid forms of identification include a passport, driver's license, my number card, or a residence identification card.

Visitors aged 17 and under may attend the festival if they are accompanied by someone aged 18 or older. In addition, they must have written permission from their parent or legal guardian authorizing their attendance.

All non-Japanese and non-U.S. visitors are required to bring a residency card or visa in addition to a passport. Installation access is granted on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

In addition, attendees will be required to have their bags searched prior to being granted entry to the festival grounds.

Prohibited items include:

・Large container/bags ・Alcohol・ Glass bottles

・Bicycle/Tricycle ・Animals (pets)-support dogs exempt

・Kickboard, Roller skates, Skate board

・Radio controlled car/flying object (including drone etc.) ・Radio scanners or Land Mobile Radios・Toys (Kites, balls, etc)

・Military costume/equipment ・ Costumes that obstruct identification of an individual  ・ Costume props that might be perceived as weapons

・Weapon (include toys, Air guns/model guns etc)・Knives (box cutters, Razor type blades, scissors, swords etc)・Explosive materials (include fireworks)　
・Drugs ・Any dangerous objects ・Radio scanners or Land Mobile Radios

There are no charging stations for mobile phones or other devices on the festival area. Please come prepared.

The Festival area is expected to be very crowded. Please decide in advance where to meet your family or friends upon entering the venue in case you are separated.

Visitors under 20 years old cannot purchase alcohol in accordance with the Japanese legal age requirement.

開催日の両日、サプライ（牛浜）ゲートを午前９時から午後８時まで一般開放します。

一般車両、自動二輪車の駐車場、自転車等の駐輪場はありません。

最寄り駅はJR青梅線の牛浜駅（ゲートまで徒歩約１０分）、拝島駅（ゲートまで徒歩約２０分）、JR青梅線・西武拝島線拝島駅からは徒歩約２０分です。

牛浜駅は大変混雑するため、拝島駅のご利用をお勧めします。
 

日米国籍で18歳以上の方は、国籍を証明する写真付き身分証明書(パスポート、運転免許証、マイナンバーカード、住基カードのいずれか)の提示が必要です。運転免許証の場合は、暗証番号をご確認のうえお越しください。

17歳以下の方は、18歳以上の同伴者が必要です。また、保護者の同意書をご持参ください。

日米国籍以外の方は、パスポートと在留カードもしくはビザの提示が必要です。基地への入場は、個別の確認を経てのご案内となり、書類が揃っていても必ずしも入場できるとは限りません。ご入場できない場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

また、入場時に持ち物検査が行われます。

・爆発物（花火等） ・薬物 ・危険物全般・ラジオスキャナー（エアバンド等の受信機含む）や陸上移動無線（トランシーバーなど）

場内には携帯電話等の充電ステーションはございません。準備をしてお越しください。

場内は大変混み合うことが予想されます。入場時に、お連れ様と迷った際の待ち合わせ場所を予め決めておいてください。

日本の法律に基づき、20歳未満の方は酒類を購入できません。
