The Supply/Ushihama gate will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on both days.
No public vehicle/motorcycle/bicycle parking is available.
The closest station is the JR Ome Line’s Ushihama station which is a 10-minute walk to the gate. Additionally, the JR Ome Line/Seibu Haijima Line, Haijima station is a 20-minute walk to the gate.
We expect Ushihama station to be very crowded on the Festival days. Please utilize Haijima station for smooth access.
For U.S. and Japanese visitors over 16 years old, photo identification with your nationality is required upon entry. Valid forms of identification include a passport, driver's license, my number card, or a residence identification card.
All non-Japanese and non-U.S. visitors are required to bring a passport, residency card, and are asked to register 72 hours prior to the event using Eventbrite.
In addition, attendees will be required to have their bags searched prior to being granted entry to the festival grounds.
Prohibited items include:
・Large container/bags ・Alcohol・ Glass bottles
・Bicycle/Tricycle ・Animals (pets)-support dogs exempt
・Kickboard, Roller skates, Skate board
・Radio controlled car/flying object (including drone etc.) ・Radio scanners or Land Mobile Radios・Toys (Kites, balls, etc)
・Military costume/equipment ・ Costumes that obstruct identification of an individual ・ Costume props that might be perceived as weapons
・Weapon (include toys, Air guns/model guns etc)・Knives (box cutters, Razor type blades, scissors, swords etc)・Explosive materials (include fireworks)
・Drugs ・Any dangerous objects ・Radio scanners or Land Mobile Radios
There are no charging stations for mobile phones or other devices on the festival area. Please come prepared.
The Festival area is expected to be very crowded. Please decide in advance where to meet your family or friends upon entering the venue in case you are separated.
