The Yokota Air Base Pharmacy is temporarily unable to process prescriptions due to an enterprise wide MHS GENESIS downtime. The Yokota Pharmacy is open and will continue to hand out prescriptions that already have been completed, but they will be unable to process refill requests or new prescriptions. If you must obtain a new prescription today, please contact the prescribing physician to see what can be done. If you can wait, we encourage you to allow us to fill your prescription when our system comes online to prevent any processing errors.
