ISO dock keeps Yokota flying high
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Senior Airman Pedro Laris-Sandoval, 374th Maintenance Squadron, references a job guide while preparing a landing light before installation into a wing during an isochronal inspection on a C-130 Hercules May 14, 2012, at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The inspection consists of dividing the plane into five sections, allowing Airmen to examine each section individually. Between Yokota and Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan, there are more than 20 C-130s that must be inspected every 540 days. (U.S Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Stacy Moless)
