Etchberger brothers visit Yokota, honor father

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Chief Master Sgt. Richard L. Etchberger's name, forever imprinted on the monument outside the 374th Airlift Wing headquarters, serves as a reminder for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Chief Etchberger would now be 77 years old and was the first senior NCO to receive the Medal of Honor. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Chad C. Strohmeyer)
