SENDAI AIRPORT, Japan -- More than two weeks after the 9.0 magnitude earthquake and tsunami ravaged northern Japan, the devastation can still be seen around Sendai Airport . Despite the around-the-clock efforts of civilian and military relief workers, much work remains. The U.S. military is fully committed to supporting the disaster response efforts of the Government of Japan and the Japan Self-Defense Force. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Jeromy K. Cross)
