AFRC offers Japanese class

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- 1st Lt. Jenna Mirandette the 374th Airlift Wing Sexual Assault Response Coordinator, and Maribel Edwards place Japanese rice that has been mixed with sushi vinegar on a sheet of nori as a base to their maki-zushi, or sushi roll. This Japanese cooking class was offered by the 374th Force Support Squadron’s Airman and Family Readiness Center Oct. 27 as a way to introduce Yokota members to Japanese culture.
