Oct. 3-9 declared as Fire Prevention Week
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Col. Otto Feather, 374th Airlift Wing commander, and Sparky the Fire Dog hold the proclamation letter declaring October 3-9 as fire prevention week, here September 15. During fire prevention week the Yokota Fire Department will sponsor activities for children across the base to educate Yokota residents on fire prevention and detection.
