Warriors earn championship berth with 18-12 win

YOKOSUKA, Japan -- Yokota Warriors' quarterback Ryan Jones bounces off a shoulder tackle to score a game-tying touchdown late in the fourth quarter of Yokota's 18-12 defeat of the Yokosuka Seahawks Aug. 1 in a semi-final game of the U.S. Forces Japan-American Football League playoffs. Yokota earned its third Torii Bowl, or championship, berth since the USFJ-AFL began in 2000. The Warriors lost at Yokosuka 15-12 in 2000 and 30-21 at Misawa in 2005.
