KORAT, Thailand -- Senior Airman David Hernandez, an optometry technician with the 374th Medical Group from Yokota Air Base, Japan, uses a tumbling E chart to gauge visual acuity during and eye exam at the Ban Chai Mong Khon School. Airmen Hernandez is one of 14 medical and dental personnel from bases throughout the Pacific participating in the Exercise Cope Tiger 2007 Humanitarian Civil Action projects in Thailand.
