Paul Kim, Public Health officer with the 374th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, Yokota Air Base Japan, discusses food safety and security practices in the dining facility at Brooks City-Base, TX, Feb 4, while TDY for the Expeditionary Medical Support course conducted by the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine.
