Yokota Travel Series: Tackling Mt. Fuji
Climbing Mount Fuji at night allows hikers to view a large portion of Japan, specifically the city of Tokyo lit up at night from over 12,000 feet. Mount Fuji is an iconic symbol of Japan, active volcano and the most popular tourist attraction in the country, with more than 200,000 climbers ascending to the summit every year.
