NCOs attend annual First Sergeant Symposium

Elvin Young, 374th Airlift Wing command chief, left, addresses the attendees of the annual First Sergeant Symposium, July 27, 2017, at Yokota Air Base, Japan. Winkler and Young spoke to the importance of the role of being a first sergeant. The four day course consisted of academics provided by the U.S. Air Force First Sergeants Academy for senior NCOs with the knowledge to better serve commanders on issues impacting Airmen.
