Norton Schwartz, visits with Amanda Miner, daughter Sophie, and family friend Jennifer Cox, May 12 during a visit to the base's East Side housing complex. YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- General Norton Schwartz, Air Force chief of staff, talks with Chief Master Sgt. Michael Sundberg, 36th Airlift Squadron, May 12 about the aging C-130 Hercules fleet following a breakfast at the Yokota Officers' Club.
