YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan --  Senior Airman Brittenny Heaton, 374th Communications Squadron cyber system operations technician, ties a knot on a sand bag at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Aug. 27, 2016. The Airmen helped assemble 5,000 sand bags in preparation for potential flooding. One week earlier, Typhoon Mindulle dropped nearly 10 inches of rain and heavy winds on Yokota, flooding many buildings and causing power outages for nearly 1,000 base residents.
