- Passports (of all members coming to Australia including dependents). Send a copy of the passport profile page and a copy of your SOFA stamp (if already issued). SOFA stamp MUST be on official passport. Reference the Foreign Clearance Guide for more information.

If available for your branch of service, you are highly encouraged to increase the spending limit on your Government Travel Card to $20K through your Agency Program Coordinator (APC). Travel voucher processing times are slower than normal and overall cost in Australia is high.
