AAPI Heritage Month Events

Yokota Air Base is hosting a series of events dedicated to Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month throughout the month of May.

  • May 1 at 11:30 a.m. is the opening ceremony and cake cutting at the Yokota Community Center.
  • May 14 at 11 a.m. is the mid-month event involving lunch and performances at the Personnel Development Center.
  • May 22 at 11:30 a.m. is the Lunch and Learn panel discussion at the PDC.
  • May 31 at 7 a.m. is the closing ceremony with a 5K celebration run at the Par 3.
