AFE maintains life-saving gear

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Tech. Sgt. Rhodelyn Merculio, 374th Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment journeyman, inspects and repairs a helmet at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Feb. 14, 2013.
