YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan --1st Lt. Stephen Elliott, 36th Airlift Squadron, walks with Japan Air Self-Defense Force aircrew Komaki Air Base, Japan, to a C-130 Hercules aircraft at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Jan. 9, 2013.
