YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Loadmasters from Japan's Air Self Defense Force 401st Squadron watch as Tech. Sgt. Pablo Herrera, 36th Airlift Squadron loadmaster, goes over paperwork prior to loading pallets on a C-130 Hercules at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Jan. 9, 2013.
