Students gather to learn about, participate in Operation Christmas Drop
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Student volunteers pack boxes of goods, Nov. 5, 2011, to be shipped to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, in preparation for this year's Operation Christmas Drop. The students gathered at Yokota Air Base, Japan, to learn about Yokota's involvement in this 60-year training mission to Micronesia, in which C-130s airdrop supplies to islanders throughout the region in the spirit of good cheer.
