ISO Airmen repair bulkheads

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Senior Airman Timothy Butler, 374th Maintenance Squadron fabrication flight aircraft structural maintainer, installs high locks on a C-130 Hercules bulkhead at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Oct. 19, 2011.
