YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- An inspector from the Air Mobility Command Inspector General Office examines the individual protective equipment of Tech. Sgt. Andre Thomas, 730th Air Mobility Squadron section chief, during a mission capability and compliance inspection at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Sept. 22, 2011.
