USFJ, 5 AF change of command ceremony

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- The United States Forces, Japan and Fifth Air Force's change of command ceremony was held here Oct. 25 at Hangar 15. Admiral Robert F. Willard, commander, U.S. Pacific Command and General Gary L. North, commander, Pacific Air Forces, were present to officiate at the ceremony during which Lt. Gen.
