Promotion Ceremony
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Col. Otto Feather, 374th Airlift Wing commander, congratulates all those stationed at Yokota who will be promoted in September, during the monthly promotion ceremony at the Enlisted Club, Aug. 31.
