Days of Remembrance
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Rabbi Menachem Mendel Sudakevich, guest speaker at the Holocaust Days of Remembrance luncheon March 7, expressed the importance of using the unfortunate events of the past to improve the future. The 2010 Holocaust Days of Remembrance Luncheon highlighted the strength and perseverance of the survivors while paying tribute to the victims of the Holocaust, as well as honoring the bravery of U.S. soldiers who helped defeat Nazi Germany and liberated Holocaust survivors.
