YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Chief Master Sgt. Kevin Peters, 374th Security Forces Squadron, congratulates Senior Master Sgt. Guy Ragan from the 374th Maintenance Squadron on Sergeant Ragan's selection for promotion Nov. 14 to chief master sergeant. Sergeant Ragan was one of five selected for promotion to chief from Yokota.
