Exercise Balikatan
Members of the 374th Airlift Wing, Yokota Air Base, Japan and the Armed Forces of the Philippines service members closed out Exercise Balikatan, a 12-day joint military exercise, at Benito Ebuen Air Base, Mactan, Republic of the Philippines, May 16, 2014.Balikatan, which means "shoulder to shoulder" is an annual bilateral training exercise involving 2,500 U.S. military, and 3,000 Armed Forces of the Philippines members.
