Yokota strengthens bilateral, joint HA/DR exercises
An MV-22 Osprey assigned to VMM-265, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, 3rd Marine Expeditionary Force, carries relief supplies during a joint humanitarian aid/disaster relief exercise launched from Yokota Air Base, Japan, Aug. 31, 2014. The aircraft displayed its range and speed by traveling round trip from Yokota to Oshima Island in approximately one hour. Airmen and Marines conducted the exercise to increase joint interoperability and exercise crisis response capabilities in the event of a natural disaster. (U.S. Air Force photo by 1st Lt.
