Cable Dawgs
A bundle of wires is about to be spliced at Yokota Air Base, Japan. On August 7, 2015, the 374th Communications Squadron cable and antenna shop discovered that there were problems with a major communications cable that runs across the flight line and powers communications for the Air Traffic Control Tower, Radar Approach Control, airfield systems, the Combat Arms Training and Marksmanship building and the alarms for the munitions storage building.
