Behind the scenes: PMEL flight

Pomona cables hang on a shelf within the 374th Maintenance Squadron Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory shop at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Feb. 22, 2016. The cables are used to perform electrical and frequency tests on equipment. Yokota’s PMEL flight provides calibration support for about 4,000 pieces of equipment and 76 work centers, worth approximately $6.7 million.
