Yokota Airmen partake in Medevac training

Airmen from the 374th Medical Group prep the inside of a C-130J Super Hercules, from the California Air National Guard 146th Airlift Wing, during a medical evacuation training scenario at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Nov. 4, 2015. The training consisting of litter carry scenarios, an obstacle course and high-deck patient loading platform vehicle training was held as part of a Samurai Readiness Inspection held in conjunction with the wing’s participation in Exercise VIGILANT ACE 16 to provide critical training for the Airmen of the 374th Airlift Wing to maintain peace and stability in Japan and the entire Indo-Asia Pacific region.
