730 AMS hosted rodeo for Yokota maintainers
Staff Sgt. Austin LeClair, 730th Air Mobility Squadron crew chief, inventories tools during a timed event for the 730 AMS Rodeo at Yokota Air Base, Japan, May 6, 2016. The tool box inventory is a timed event where each team correctly places tools into the toolbox and identifies the missing tools as quickly as possible. Maintainers use hundreds to thousands of dollars-worth of equipment and tools every day; inventory must have 100 percent accountability at the end of each work day, so proper tracking is important.
