Yokota's commander flies with Dyess Airmen

Col. Kenneth Moss, 374th Airlift Wing commander, flies over the Kanto Planes during a training mission. Three C-130J Super Hercules from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, traveled to Yokota to aid in transition from C-130Hs to C-130Js.
