Senior Airman Julius Bennett, 374th Civil Engineer Squadron water and fuels systems maintenance journeyman, examines a water pump hose at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Aug. 23, 2016. Tropical Storm Mindulle struck Yokota Aug. 22, causing flooding, power outages and physical damage. More than 300 families were relocated to housing with bedding, power and hot water in the wake of the storm.
